People frequently confuse coaching with mentoring, consulting, therapy or an athletic training, and although coaching draws from these disciplines it is a distinct and independent discipline. Coaching is not to be seen as taking the place of these other professions, nor is it in conflict with them. In fact, coaching often works in harmony with these fields. The length of coaching is determined by you. You continue to work with me until you accomplish your goals. According to the International Coach Federation survey, the duration of a coaching relationships average around 9 months. However some people may find benefit in working with a coach for a shorter period of time to address specific issues that require quick resolution.
Initially, you will meet with me to develop guidelines and expectations of working together. Coaching sessions are done over the phone or may be negotiated to be completed face to face if you live in the central Florida area. The sessions last for 45 minutes and occur 2 to 4 times per month. In addition, you are able to unlimited access me via email and laser sessions which are brief 5 to 10 minute scheduled calls targeting a specific issue that can be resolved quickly.
The cost of coaching is between $225.00 and $425.00 a month depending on the package you select.
